Accounting Intern

About the role

Are you an early‑career professional looking to build real‑world corporate experience? We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Intern to support multi‑entity reporting, month‑end financial closes and day‑to‑day treasury operations.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate vacations, terminations and payroll at month‑end.
• Prepare payroll‑related payments in e‑bank and internal files for month‑closing processes (insurance, bonus accruals, PTO, etc.).
• Assist with month‑end closing in NetSuite, including BS and PL reconciliations.
• Cover AR/AP tasks when needed and support internal and external audit processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with NetSuite, ArmSoft and TaxService.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations) and fluent English.
