AI Graphic Designer – Freelance (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a freelance AI Graphic Designer to join our innovative creative team. You will work remotely, leveraging cutting‑edge AI tools to produce high‑impact visual assets for performance marketing and brand communication.

Key responsibilities

• Design performance creatives and banners for paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms.
• Create landing page mock‑ups and email templates for hand‑off to development teams.
• Produce social media visuals and brand assets that follow established brand guidelines.
• Use AI image‑generation tools daily to generate variations, backgrounds and style‑consistent assets.
• Adapt existing concepts across multiple sizes, formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
• Collaborate with producers, requesters and the lead designer to scope tasks and align on creative direction.
• Incorporate basic performance metrics (CTR, CPA, spend) to inform creative decisions.
• Deliver work within agreed SLA timelines and iterate quickly based on feedback.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design fundamentals – composition, typography, colour and hierarchy – demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Experience designing for digital formats such as performance ads, landing pages, newsletters and social media.
• Ability to apply brand guidelines at high volume while ensuring consistency.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

• Figma (auto‑layout, components, libraries)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• AI image‑generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Flux, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, NanoBanana, Imagen)
• Prompt engineering and reference‑based generation
• Techniques for character/style consistency (LoRA, IP‑Adapter, ControlNet)
