AI Solutions Engineer (Pre‑Sales)

About the role

SoftConstruct is expanding its AI Center of Excellence and seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to act as a technical deal enabler. You will translate AI capabilities into concrete partner wins, supporting complex sales cycles and ensuring seamless integration with B2B partner platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle, driving high‑value deals to successful closure.
• Partner with client technical teams to understand architecture, integration requirements, and constraints.
• Design and present scalable AI solutions, including APIs, data pipelines, and system architectures, tailored to client needs.
• Lead technical discussions, product demonstrations, and solution validation processes.
• Support implementation planning and handover to delivery teams for smooth onboarding.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to influence product direction and improve solution offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre‑sales, or technical consulting for B2B AI, SaaS, or data‑driven products.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines.
• Ability to design scalable, client‑specific solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related certifications is a plus.
• Experience with AI/ML use cases such as churn prediction, recommendation systems, or personalization.
