Architect

About the role

SHHOLDING is a development, construction and project management company that turns plots of land into finished, functioning assets, managing projects from concept to operation. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Architect in Yerevan to plan, design and oversee architectural projects from concept through construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Create architectural drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and project management teams
• Ensure compliance with regulations, building codes and safety standards
• Take part in site visits, review construction progress and support design adjustments
• Prepare presentations and models and contribute to design reviews and approvals
• Support project timelines, quality standards and budget objectives

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant professional experience in building design and construction
• Experience with project management of architectural projects, such as scheduling, coordination with multidisciplinary teams and monitoring quality and progress
• Knowledge of local building codes, standards, permitting processes and sustainable design principles
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with construction teams, consultants and clients on site
• Attention to detail, problem-solving and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Architecture and architectural design, including concept development, space planning and detailed drawings
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp, and familiarity with BIM workflows
• Knowledge of software development and integration as it relates to architectural tools or BIM, including digital design platforms
