Armenian Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Join Neolytix as an Armenian Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant and support physicians by preparing, updating, and transmitting medical records while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physicians.
• Ensure medical record compliance through self‑documentation attestation.
• Update patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information.
• Send documentation to physicians for review and approval.
• Monitor basic lab results and screening procedure durations.
• Comply with hospital and medical facility policies, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards.
• Perform additional clerical duties to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare‑related role (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
