About the role

The Production Manager will be responsible for the complete organization, control, and efficiency of manufacturing processes for a partner company of Manassian Consulting Group. This role ensures that production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and monitor seamless execution of production processes.
• Ensure production plans and deadlines are achieved.
• Supervise product quality and compliance with established standards.
• Manage the production team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor equipment technical condition and arrange timely maintenance.
• Maintain occupational safety and sanitary‑hygienic standards.
• Reduce production losses and increase overall efficiency.
• Conduct production accounting and present reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Higher education in a technical, engineering or technology field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production management.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Strong management and team‑leadership abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• High communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisive decisions.
