About the role

GOOYQ, the first independent media platform covering Armenia's real‑estate market, is looking for a freelance author to turn complex market data, developer offers and agency listings into clear, engaging content. You will write analytical articles in Armenian, Russian and English for an audience of diaspora Armenians, newcomers and local buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Produce analytical articles on Armenian real‑estate trends, prices, districts, investment flows and market sentiment.
• Transform raw data into simple, visualisable insights for readers.
• Conduct interviews with industry experts – agents, developers, investors, lawyers – and ask probing questions.
• Highlight uncomfortable or overlooked issues that others tend to avoid.
• Deliver content according to pre‑agreed deadlines and incorporate direct editorial feedback.

Required profile

• Strong ability to work with data: locate, verify and convert it into understandable text.
• Excellent interview skills: ask precise questions and obtain substantive answers.
• Reliability in meeting deadlines and notifying any changes in advance.
• Clear, interesting writing style with a distinct editorial voice.
• Genuine interest in the real‑estate market and habit of following trends and listings.
