B2B Sales Manager

About the role

PROFAL is seeking a senior B2B Sales Manager to lead the acquisition of major corporate clients and drive strategic sales initiatives. The role focuses on expanding the company’s presence in large‑scale construction projects and delivering sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve growth objectives.
• Identify, acquire, and build long‑term relationships with major corporate clients.
• Identify and manage large‑scale construction projects and new business opportunities.
• Lead high‑level negotiations and effectively present PROFAL’s products and solutions.
• Prepare commercial and technical proposals and participate in tenders and bidding processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, order execution, and final payment.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, technical, and finance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian, and English proficiency of at least B1 level.
• Results‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and self‑management abilities.
