Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to help expand Filoo’s presence in the Armenian market, connecting with potential customers, introducing the product and turning opportunities into business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential B2B customers in Armenia.
• Reach out to decision‑makers and introduce Filoo.
• Arrange and attend in‑person and online business meetings.
• Present the product clearly and confidently to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and identify relevant business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads and help move opportunities through the sales process.
• Gather structured market feedback and share insights with the Cravto team.
• Represent Filoo at business meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings.
• Contribute to improving the sales approach as the Armenian market evolves.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, B2B sales, account management or a similar client‑facing commercial role.
• Comfortable approaching new companies and initiating conversations with unknown contacts.
• Confident communication with business owners, managers and decision‑makers.
• Able to present a product and lead business discussions.
• Proactive, independent and able to generate outreach without waiting for leads.
• Understanding that successful business development requires consistent outreach, meetings, follow‑ups and relationship building.
• Willingness to attend meetings and visit potential customers in person.
• Existing relationships or a strong professional network within the Armenian business community is a significant advantage.
