Business Development Specialist – Websites & Automation

About the role

Zromek, an independent digital studio, seeks a part‑time Business Development Specialist to identify and qualify client opportunities for websites, web applications, Telegram integrations, and workflow automations. The role is remote, based in Armenia, and involves close collaboration with the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Research small businesses that could benefit from digital solutions and automation.
• Initiate personalized outreach conversations with prospective clients.
• Understand client needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule discovery calls.
• Maintain clear lead records and follow up on proposals.
• Collaborate with the founder to explain services and shape realistic project briefs.
• Provide feedback on common customer needs and outreach results.

Required profile

• Clear written and spoken communication in English; Armenian or Russian is a plus.
• Practical experience in business development, client outreach, lead generation, or sales.
• Understanding of websites and automation with the ability to explain their business value simply.
• Reliable organization, thoughtful follow‑up, and comfort working independently.
• Experience selling digital services or working with small businesses is helpful.
