About the role

Flash is seeking a diligent Accountant to join its finance team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting payroll and tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Record assets and liabilities in the accounting system and ensure timely transaction posting.
• Process received invoices and manage accounts payable.
• Approve and execute bank transfers.
• Prepare invoices, acts, and other accounting documents.
• Maintain accounts receivable and payable records.
• Track fixed assets and depreciation.
• Calculate and process payroll.
• Review contracts for tax and financial risks.
• Collect, consolidate, and summarize accounting information.
• Perform other duties related to the position as needed.

Required profile

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of tax and labor legislation.
• Proficiency in Russian and English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
