About the role

Yandex Armenia is looking for a Call Center Operator to help build a customer‑focused service. In this role you will answer incoming calls, assist clients and uphold high standards of service quality. Yango Group, the parent of Yandex Armenia, operates in over 30 countries delivering digital services such as ride‑hailing, delivery, e‑commerce and AI.

Key responsibilities

Receive and process incoming calls.
Place orders and advise clients on service‑related questions.

Required profile

Fluent in Armenian and Russian.
Clear and correct speech.
Friendly and communicative.
