About the role
We are seeking a Carrier Relations Manager to drive the growth of our A2P SMS business, working remotely with clients and vendors worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers and suppliers through various communication channels.
- Complete interconnection procedures, including contract signing, route configuration, and testing with the technical team.
- Create and maintain customer accounts and monitor route quality, working with suppliers or customers to improve it.
- Manage day‑to‑day requirements of existing customers and provide strategic guidance to increase volume and profitability.
- Produce daily reports and analysis to track performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
