Community Growth Marketing Manager (SMM)

About the role

Multilogin is seeking a Community Growth Marketing Manager to own and expand its presence across key social and community platforms. The role goes beyond simple posting – it requires building engaged communities, testing new formats, and turning social activity into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Multilogin’s social media strategy across core channels such as Reddit, X, Telegram and Discord.
• Create, publish and repurpose content, turning product updates, customer insights and industry trends into engaging posts.
• Collaborate with Content, Design, Product, Paid Ads and Email teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage the content calendar, respond to comments, and identify new communities for Multilogin to join.
• Use AI tools and automation for content ideation, publishing, community monitoring and reporting.
• Track performance, analyse results and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media, community management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Reddit, X, Telegram or Discord.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with ability to report on results.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable working cross‑functionally.
