Creative Producer – Performance Marketing

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Creative Producer to lead the end‑to‑end production of user‑acquisition (UA) ads across Meta, TikTok and Google. You will translate data‑driven ideas into clear briefs, guide creative teams, and ensure rapid iteration of high‑performing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full creative production cycle for UA ads, from brief creation to final asset delivery.
• Translate performance data into actionable briefs, hypotheses and testing plans.
• Provide clear, reasoned feedback to freelancers and agencies, explaining the “why” behind changes.
• Maintain a library of best‑practice guidelines and ensure consistent communication with external partners.
• Collaborate with designers, editors and AI teams to produce assets at scale.
• Align priorities and timelines with UA and other stakeholders to enable fast iteration loops.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in performance‑marketing creative production.
• Portfolio demonstrating high‑performing creatives with significant UA spend.
• Strong understanding of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative impacts performance.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI creative‑production tools such as Nano Banana, Seedance, Veo and Kling.
• Knowledge of classic production pipelines for UGC and AI‑UGC content.
