About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental companies and needs a talented Video Editor to bring its product, founder stories, and brand to life. You will turn raw footage, product recordings, and ambitious ideas into launch films, social content, and ads that capture attention.

Key responsibilities

• Edit product launches and brand films that blend storytelling, product demos, and strong visual direction.
• Create founder‑led content from interviews, talking‑head footage, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Produce short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn with compelling hooks.
• Build paid‑ad creative with variations in openings, messaging, and calls‑to‑action.
• Integrate screen recordings, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and clear visual explanations.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing craft, and visual taste.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, and motion‑design skills in After Effects or equivalent.
• Ability to hook viewers in the first three seconds and shape emotion through music, sound effects, and pacing.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, and ElevenLabs in the creative workflow.
• Independent, deadline‑driven, and responsive to direct feedback.
