CRM Automation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Automation Manager to design and optimise automated communication journeys across the customer lifecycle. The role involves working with email, push, SMS and in‑app channels to deliver timely, data‑driven messages that boost conversion and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise automated communication flows from registration to churn prevention and re‑activation.
• Develop onboarding and welcome journeys across email, push, SMS and in‑app channels.
• Create and manage re‑activation campaigns and automated flows for different lifecycle stages.
• Run A/B tests to improve funnel conversion rates and re‑activation performance.
• Analyse campaign results, build dashboards and automate reporting.
• Identify insights from customer behaviour and develop growth hypotheses to improve CRM performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in CRM or marketing automation.
• Hands‑on experience with trigger‑based lifecycle campaigns such as welcome flows, deposit conversion, churn prevention and re‑activation.
• Strong understanding of event‑driven logic, customer segmentation and automation platforms.
• Proven analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Ability to collaborate with product, analytics, content and design teams.
