CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

About the role

Freedx, a fast‑growing cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own user retention, engagement and reactivation across all communication channels. You will design and execute data‑driven campaigns that guide users through onboarding, activation, retention and re‑engagement journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage lifecycle journeys for onboarding, activation, retention and reactivation.
• Set up and maintain email communications, ensuring deliverability, compliance and template quality.
• Define and apply segmentation logic based on KYC level, activity status, product usage, value tiers and behavioral triggers.
• Create automated workflows and re‑activation strategies, including churn calculation frameworks.
• Manage channel hierarchy across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram and in‑app messaging.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, sender reputation and anti‑spam controls.
• Design and run A/B tests to optimise messaging, timing and content.
• Collaborate with Product, Data and Growth teams to ensure accurate event tracking and support acquisition funnels.
• Produce weekly CRM campaigns aligned with product updates, promotions and marketing activations.
• Report on activation, retention, churn and campaign performance metrics.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle logic, onboarding sequences, activation scoring and behavior‑based triggers.
• Proven ability to design segmentation, funnel analysis and user cohort strategies.
• Hands‑on experience managing email systems, deliverability and anti‑spam measures.
