Customer Success Specialist

About the role

VOLO is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to join the product team, providing holistic consultancy and assistance to customers and driving support after product adoption. The goal is to ensure customers receive the best value from the product.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted consultant for product customers, guiding them on features.
• Drive the customer journey and add value throughout the subscription lifecycle.
• Manage onboarding, from company setup and configurations to mapping HR processes in the product.
• Conduct requirement analysis, train end‑users, and provide continuous support after adoption.
• Coordinate with technical support for complex questions.
• Perform periodic customer interviews to understand pain points and monitor usage, health, and satisfaction metrics.
• Anticipate needs and address potential issues proactively.
• Maintain relationships to retain customers and support growth.
• Provide product updates through webinars, help articles, videos, etc.

Required profile

• Higher education degree, preferably in humanitarian or social sciences.
• Prior experience in customer success or a relevant SaaS role is a plus.
• Passionate about product success and customer retention.
• Excellent communication, collaboration skills and a caring attitude.
• Data‑driven and analytical mindset.
• Well‑versed in technology and software product sales and support.
• Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk or other CRM/Customer Success tools is a plus.
• Fluent in Armenian, English and Russian, both written and spoken.
