Customs Clearance Agent, Sales Specialist & Marketing & Supply Management Specialist

About the role

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated professionals to fill three distinct positions: Customs Clearance Agent, Sales Specialist, and Marketing & Supply Management Specialist. All roles require strong English communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs documentation, coordinate with authorities and freight forwarders, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Identify and approach potential customers, develop client relationships, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
• Develop marketing activities, conduct market research, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate purchasing and inventory processes.

Required profile

• Proactive, well‑organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in the relevant field (customs clearance, sales, or marketing/supply management) is preferred.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
