Education Program Coordinator

About the role

The Education Program Coordinator will join Santé Arménie Medical Academy in Yerevan to plan, organise and oversee a wide range of educational activities for healthcare professionals. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that courses, webinars, workshops and conferences run smoothly and meet the Academy’s quality and accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of educational programs, webinars, conferences, workshops and seminars.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, timelines and participant communications.
• Manage participant registration, onboarding, attendance tracking and follow‑up communications.
• Arrange venues, online platforms, technical requirements and educational materials for each event.
• Maintain participant databases, attendance records and program documentation.
• Prepare schedules, reports, certificates, invitations and other program‑related materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Collect participant feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of the learner experience.
• Monitor program progress, identify operational issues and implement solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, Project Management, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in program coordination or project management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students and administrative staff.
