Financial Manager

About the role

The Financial Manager will oversee financial processes for companies operating in the Western European region, ensuring accurate cash‑flow planning, budgeting, and reporting. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, external auditors, and banking partners to maintain financial integrity and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and forecast cash flows for Group companies and maintain payment schedules.
• Prepare internal financial reports, cash‑flow statements, and ad‑hoc analytical reports.
• Manage banking transactions, including document preparation for currency control and liaison with banks.
• Oversee outsourced accounting services, handling document flow, tax consultations, and financial statement reviews.
• Conduct reconciliations with external and internal suppliers, monitor accounts receivable, and support audit and tax inspections.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and a systematic, diligent approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English.
• Ability to work with large volumes of information and quickly locate needed data.
• Team‑player with non‑confrontational nature and solid presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in 1C:Enterprise 8.
• Expert use of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
