FIT Reservation Manager – Corporate Travel Specialist

About the role

Roundtrip is seeking a detail‑oriented FIT Reservation Manager to handle end‑to‑end travel arrangements for premium corporate accounts and VIP travelers. You will act as the primary liaison for B2B partners, turning complex travel requests into seamless experiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for corporate accounts and VIP travelers, managing requests via email, phone, chat, or CRM.
• Provide expert travel consulting, offering tailored solutions for flights, hotels, transfers, and premium services.
• Book travel services using Roundtrip’s online platform and coordinate offline arrangements with a global supplier network.
• Negotiate rates and terms directly with hotels, airlines, and other service partners.
• Oversee the full booking lifecycle, including confirmations, payments (virtual card processing), vouchers, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Collaborate with Online Support, Finance, Product, Sales, and Account Management to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, resolve operational issues, and proactively escalate incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate travel management, premium customer service, or high‑touch TMC/DMC operations.
• In‑depth knowledge of hotel and airline operations and global destinations.
• Upper‑intermediate (B2+) proficiency in English and Italian.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with demanding clients and suppliers.
• Strong organizational abilities and precision in handling multiple complex requests simultaneously.
