Freelance Real Estate Transaction Agent (Yerevan)

About the role

Armvest is seeking a reliable freelance professional to act as the on‑the‑ground representative for international clients purchasing property in Armenia. Once a client confirms a purchase, you will manage the entire transaction process from seller communication to final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Contact the seller or their representative after purchase confirmation and explain next steps.
• Collect and organise all documents required for the property purchase.
• Coordinate document review with Armvest and arrange meetings with sellers, notaries, banks and authorities.
• Assist in preparing and signing the purchase agreement, representing the buyer where legally authorised.
• Manage payments, verify completion of each transaction step, and ensure proper registration of the property.
• Attend final inspection, collect keys and prepare a handover record.
• Update Armvest and the client throughout the process and facilitate transfer to renovation or management teams when needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience with real‑estate transactions in Armenia.
• Strong understanding of apartment purchase and registration procedures.
• Familiarity with notarial processes, ownership documents and property transfers.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• High level of responsibility, honesty and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Armenian; English is a strong advantage.
• Availability to attend appointments in Yerevan as required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Armenian property law and registration processes.
• Ability to coordinate with sellers, lawyers, notaries, banks and public authorities.
