Full-Stack Developer – AI Automation Product

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Developer to build and enhance ARCA’s AI automation product for logistics operations. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Yerevan, and you will be the first engineer responsible for turning a detailed product plan and UI mockup into a working system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Gmail ingestion across multiple mailboxes using OAuth, watch/push mechanisms and periodic reconciliation.
• Design and implement a classification and extraction pipeline for various freight‑related request types, providing confidence scores and provenance.
• Deduplicate mass‑blast messages and stitch related threads across mailboxes into single items.
• Create territory routing logic that assigns a human owner within 60 seconds.
• Build a thread‑state ledger with simple gestures (Mine / Done) and automatic reopening on replies.
• Implement ownership and escalation logic with scheduled server‑side jobs.
• Integrate internal handoff chains using existing email subject conventions.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently as the first engineer on a new product.
• Experience delivering reliable, production‑grade web applications.
• Comfortable collaborating daily with a founder who provides data and product direction.
