Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) – Armenia

About the role

Alan is looking for a passionate Fullstack Software Engineer to join its fast‑growing engineering team. You will help build the next generation of prevention‑focused health insurance products, working on both backend services and user‑facing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain micro‑services using Python and Flask.
• Implement responsive web interfaces with React and mobile experiences with React Native.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate requirements into reliable code.
• Write efficient SQL queries and manage data in PostgreSQL.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ownership attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote‑first environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
