GTM & HubSpot Automation Manager

About the role

We are seeking a GTM & HubSpot Automation Manager to bridge business, sales, and technology. You will work directly with international clients to understand their processes and design practical HubSpot‑based automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to capture business goals, pain points and workflow details.
• Analyse sales, marketing, customer service and internal processes to spot automation opportunities.
• Design and document HubSpot workflows, pipelines, integrations and automation scenarios.
• Prepare solution proposals and explain them in business‑friendly terms.
• Collaborate with developers and automation specialists to implement and test solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with HubSpot features, AI capabilities and integration platforms.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM (Sales, Marketing and/or Service Hub).
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, pipelines, lead management and reporting.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
