Head of Marketing

About the role

SoftConstruct is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead its iGaming and technology marketing initiatives. You will shape strategy, drive brand awareness, and accelerate customer acquisition across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for iGaming and other IT‑related verticals.
• Align marketing initiatives with business objectives to boost brand visibility, acquisition, and revenue.
• Lead branding, messaging, and storytelling to strengthen market positioning.
• Run data‑driven performance campaigns, optimizing SEO, PPC, affiliate, and social media efforts.
• Oversee content creation, website optimization, and community engagement on platforms such as Discord, Twitter, and Telegram.
• Collaborate with product teams on go‑to‑market plans and lifecycle marketing.
• Manage public relations, media outreach, and representation at industry events.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing marketing team while managing the department budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in iGaming or technology‑driven industries.
• Experience leading international marketing campaigns and managing sizable budgets.
