Head of Marketing

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead its iGaming and IT‑related business verticals. You will shape the overall marketing strategy, align initiatives with business goals and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for iGaming and other tech verticals, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Lead branding, positioning and storytelling across all channels to strengthen market presence.
• Design and run data‑driven performance campaigns, optimizing SEO, PPC, affiliate and social media efforts.
• Oversee content creation, website optimization and community engagement on platforms such as Discord, Twitter and Telegram.
• Collaborate with product teams on go‑to‑market plans, CRM implementation and lifecycle marketing.
• Manage public relations, media partnerships and represent the company at international events.
• Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing marketing team while controlling the department budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in iGaming or technology‑driven industries and in leading international campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• SEO and PPC expertise.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Advanced analytics tools for performance measurement.
