Hotel Receptionist

About the role

Are you a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences? The Arte hotel in the heart of Yerevan is seeking a dedicated Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the front office, reservations, and guest services departments.
• Ensure highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are met and exceeded.
• Manage, train, and motivate front‑line staff to achieve performance goals.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure seamless service.
• Manage room inventory, rates, and budgeting in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Implement and uphold hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Prepare operational reports and assist with administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel administration or front office management.
• Fluency in Armenian and Russian; English or other languages are a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and calm demeanor under pressure.

• Property Management System (PMS).
• Microsoft Office suite.
