About the role
The Info Center and Call Center Specialist will work on‑site at Dalma Garden Mall in Yerevan, providing front‑line assistance to visitors and handling inbound inquiries. This full‑time position focuses on delivering a seamless and pleasant experience for shoppers and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Answer visitor questions about mall services, stores, and events.
- Offer guidance on products and services available within the mall.
- Manage communications through phone and other channels.
- Maintain thorough records of all customer interactions.
Required profile
- Proficiency in customer support and service with a focus on excellent experiences.
- Strong communication skills for clear, professional interactions.
- Computer literacy, including basic software applications and data‑entry systems.
- Effective problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in Armenian and good command of English and Russian.
- Previous experience in customer service or call‑center roles is a plus.
