Information Security Engineer / Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

Grovf is developing next‑generation networking devices for AI infrastructure. The Information Security Engineer will protect the company’s servers, endpoints and network infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security controls for servers, endpoints and network devices.
• Monitor, investigate and respond to security incidents, perform forensic analysis and log review.
• Administer identity and access management solutions, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Configure, manage and optimise VPN, firewall and secure remote‑access solutions.
• Deploy and manage security tools such as EDR/Antivirus, SIEM and vulnerability‑management platforms.
• Harden Linux, Windows and network devices according to CIS, NIST and ISO 27001 standards.
• Manage security settings for Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) and Git‑based repositories.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to embed security best practices into architecture.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional experience in cybersecurity or information‑security roles.
• Strong knowledge of Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, Rocky) and Windows Server/Windows 10‑11 environments.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, authentication protocols and access‑control models.
• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Proven experience in incident response, log analysis and security investigations.
