International Relationship Manager

About the role

The bank is looking for an International Relationship Manager to acquire and manage international clients such as banks, microfinance institutions and leasing companies. The role covers client acquisition, on-site due diligence, credit assessment, loan structuring and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential international clients, build a pipeline of prospects and explore new geographic markets
• Represent the bank at international conferences and forums, organize bilateral meetings and turn leads into business relationships
• Organize and take part in on-site due diligence visits, assessing business models, governance, financial performance and risk management
• Analyze financial statements and audit reports, prepare credit applications and financing proposals
• Support structuring and execution of international lending, including terms, security arrangements and covenants, and coordinate credit approval and disbursement
• Handle KYC onboarding and cooperate with Compliance and AML teams on regulatory and sanctions requirements
• Coordinate legal documentation with internal and external legal teams, and monitor legal conditions precedent
• Monitor borrowers' performance and covenants, and work with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, Finance and Operations teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in banking, financial analysis, corporate lending or relationship management
• Understanding of international banking operations and credit processes
• Excellent command of English and Russian; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for conferences, meetings and due diligence
