IT Engineer – Network & Server Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Engineer to design, deploy and maintain our network and server infrastructure. The role combines hands‑on work with network equipment, server platforms, storage solutions and automation scripting.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission switches, routers and firewalls from Cisco and MikroTik.
• Set up and manage wireless networks using Unifi Controller.
• Deploy, configure and maintain server hardware from HPE, Dell and related vendors.
• Administer Linux and Windows Server environments, including log analysis and regular‑expression handling.
• Configure and manage SAN storage solutions, particularly Synology, and oversee Veeam backup operations.
• Support virtual environments based on VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Write automation scripts in Bash or Python and perform basic SQL queries.

Required profile

• Proven experience with network equipment (Cisco, MikroTik) and server hardware (Dell, HPE).
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with storage systems, SAN and backup solutions.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Ability to create automation scripts and write simple SQL JOIN queries.
• Responsible, proactive and eager to grow in the IT field.
