About the role
Naghashyan Solutions seeks an IT / Office Administrator to ensure smooth operation of the office IT infrastructure and provide technical support for IMUSIC Business, including installation and maintenance of equipment at client locations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot office computers, network, Wi‑Fi, printers and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure and update software and workstations.
- Provide technical support to employees both on‑site and remotely.
- Install, configure and maintain IMUSIC Business equipment at client locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at client sites.
- Manage IT equipment, office hardware, supplies and software licenses.
Required profile
- Previous experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Customer‑oriented and responsible approach to work.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of Windows operating system.
- Experience with computer hardware, software installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking, Wi‑Fi, routers and internet connectivity.
