Jira System Administrator – IT

About the role

ASBIS is seeking a Jira Specialist to ensure the stable operation, administration, and continuous improvement of Jira and Jira Service Management across the organization. The role blends hands‑on Jira administration with process automation, integrations, and the rollout of new Jira‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stable operation of Jira and Jira Service Management, providing technical support to users.
• Configure and customize workflows, business rules, SLAs, queues, forms, notifications, and permissions.
• Optimize existing processes and implement automations to reduce manual effort.
• Translate business requirements into Jira‑based technical solutions and launch new projects.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, webhooks, and plugins.
• Create Jira solutions for Customer Care, Support, Warranty/RMA, QA, and Product teams.
• Automate ticket creation, routing, escalation, incident management, and resolution‑time control.
• Support integrations with monitoring tools, bots, AI solutions, and other support systems.
• Design dashboards, reports, filters, and data flows for KPI, SLA, and operational analytics.
• Test changes, validate implementations, and provide post‑launch support while ensuring documentation and system stability.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Jira administration, configuration, support and customization.
• Deep knowledge of Jira workflows, custom fields, permissions, automations, Jira Service Management and plugins.
• Experience designing and implementing business processes and translating them into Jira solutions.
