Junior QA Engineer (Manual)

About the role

Playrix is looking for a Junior QA Engineer to join its mobile gaming team. This entry‑level position focuses on manual testing of new features across iOS, Android, macOS and UWP platforms, providing a solid foundation for a future career in game design or project management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze game mechanics and user experience, proposing improvements.
• Participate actively in team discussions about features and changes.
• Manually test new game features on iOS, Android, macOS and UWP.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure stability of existing functionality.
• Log defects promptly and accurately in the bug‑tracker, describing root cause and product impact.

Required profile

• Ambition to grow into game design, production or management.
• Strong interest in mobile gaming and the gamedev industry.
• Proactive mindset – not only find problems but suggest solutions.
• At least 6 months of commercial manual testing experience.
• Higher education degree.
• Knowledge of testing theory.
