Key Account Manager – Apple Partners

About the role

The Key Account Manager serves as the main interface to Apple partners in Armenia, ensuring commitments are met and driving strong business development for ASBIS.

Key responsibilities

• Provide entry and exit point functionality for ASBIS Apple partners in Armenia, handling maintenance and profitable business development.
• Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with local Apple partner representatives.
• Plan sales by key accounts, brands, categories and SKUs; negotiate orders, new product listings and promotional actions.
• Create commercial offers and protect proposed solutions for partners.
• Produce CRM and PSI reports and collaborate with local and central ASBIS focus teams.

Required profile

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role such as KAM, BDM or Product Manager.
• Proven knowledge of the Armenian market and strong customer‑orientation.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Result‑driven, analytical and able to work independently.
