About the role

The company, an established automotive import and sales business, is launching a new showroom in Yerevan and seeks a Commercial/Executive Director to lead the team and shape advertising and sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns, including digital marketing on Instagram and Facebook, and continuously analyze performance.
• Oversee content creation, video production coordination, and maintain up‑to‑date promotional materials.
• Conduct market analysis of industry trends, innovations, and competitive environment.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure optimal spend.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term sales strategies, set targets, and monitor pricing policies for profitability.
• Optimize the sales funnel, supervise CRM usage, and improve customer interaction processes.
• Motivate the sales team, define KPIs, and maintain performance evaluation systems.
• Coordinate daily showroom operations, allocate tasks, and monitor execution.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and resource planning for new hires.
• Collaborate with legal and accounting specialists on contracts and compliance.
• Respond swiftly to risks and unexpected situations, ensuring effective resolution.

• Proven experience in commercial leadership, marketing, and sales management.
• Strong ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
