Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Yerevan. In this position you will plan and track daily shipments, work closely with drivers and international partners, and ensure that deliveries arrive on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor daily cargo movements and transport routes.
• Update internal systems with real‑time shipment status and prepare accurate shipping documentation such as CMRs, invoices and transport orders.
• Coordinate with drivers, carriers and internal teams to provide timely updates and resolve operational issues, including delays, rerouting and damage reports.
• Assist with inventory and cargo tracking related to transport operations and contribute to continuous logistics improvement.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or transportation operations.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Good route‑planning ability, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Comfortable learning and using logistics or tracking software.
