About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our Tom Ford boutique in Yerevan. The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience and help grow client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Provide personalized, high‑end service to customers, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Uphold visual merchandising standards to showcase the brand’s collections.
Represent the Tom Ford brand with professionalism, confidence, and a deep product knowledge.

Required profile

Previous experience in retail or luxury sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Customer‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Team spirit and willingness to collaborate.
Good command of English is a plus.
