Manager, System Operations

About the role

The Manager, System Operations leads the international arm of ClinChoice’s Global ERP Administration function. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple entities to support day‑to‑day use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ensure smooth ERP operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the International ERP Administration team and provide first‑level technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 users.
• Diagnose system issues, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvements in ERP performance.
• Manage the full system project lifecycle, including planning, issue tracking, testing coordination, and release schedules.
• Oversee ERP timesheet operations, resource‑planning processes and ensure timely monthly completion.
• Maintain user permissions, develop SOPs, and prioritize open requests for rapid resolution.
• Design and deliver company‑wide application training programs, including monthly timesheet training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in information systems, computer science, accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP operations or finance systems support.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
