About the role
Partner with Antal International to launch and lead a new office in Armenia, pioneering a market where the brand does not yet exist. This Managing Partner role combines entrepreneurship with recruitment expertise to build a thriving business under a globally recognised network.
Required profile
- 5–10+ years of managerial or specialist experience in a corporate environment.
- Full‑time entrepreneurial drive to build and grow your own business.
- Strong networking and communication skills to develop client relationships.
- Ambitious mindset focused on long‑term success and development.
