Marketing Specialist – Flexible Equity/Freelance Role

About the role

Meritensa is an early‑stage startup building AI‑powered case intelligence infrastructure for plaintiffs. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Yerevan‑based team on a flexible, equity‑focused arrangement that can fit around a full‑time job or university studies.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute a consistent, self‑directed number of hours each week to your chosen track (Content & Communications, Partnerships Research, Growth & Community, or Operations & People).
• Produce shippable outputs such as research reports, newsletters, video scripts, SEO‑optimized articles, presentations, or operational documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, share progress, and collaborate actively with other members.

Required profile

• Student, recent graduate, or early‑career professional in business, communication, media, sales, AI, or a related field.
• Self‑starter with a problem‑solving mindset; no prior startup experience required.
• Based in or around Yerevan, Armenia (preferred).

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with SEO techniques.
