Marketing Team Lead (On‑Site)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead with strong expertise in SEO to lead our team of 6 marketing professionals. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, strong analytical skills, excellent English, and proven team‑management experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 6‑person marketing team.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and leads.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, on‑page, technical, and off‑page SEO.
• Monitor and improve website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar tools.
• Manage SEO content strategy and link‑building activities.
• Track SEO KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Manage and optimise SMM and digital marketing activities.
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of SEO/digital marketing experience.
• Strong hands‑on SEO knowledge.
• Experience managing or leading a team.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Analytical, creative, and organized.
