About the role

The Branch Manager of the “Complex Mol” branch will lead the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth service delivery and driving sales of the bank’s products and services. Reporting to the regional management, the manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and managing risk and compliance within the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and supervise all ongoing work performed by branch staff, ensuring continuity of operations.
• Lead the sale of banking products and services, meeting or exceeding defined sales plans.
• Maintain high standards of customer service to increase client satisfaction.
• Attract new customers and foster active collaboration with existing and potential clients.
• Provide customers with accurate information and advice on bank services.
• Monitor and achieve the branch’s annual budget targets.
• Oversee the safeguarding of cash and other valuables held in the branch.
• Control the branch’s loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and quality of credit.
• Assume responsibility for credit risk management and compliance with Armenian banking legislation.
• Perform any other tasks defined by law and internal bank regulations.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics or finance.
• 4–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in banking.
• Strong management, self‑organization and time‑management abilities.
• Good knowledge of Armenian banking legislation and computer literacy.
• Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English.
• Ability to assess financial and operational risks, make decisions independently, and work analytically.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and multitasking skills.
