About the role

We are looking for a motivated Multilevel Marketing Business Partner to promote Siberian Wellness health and beauty products across Armenia and Georgia. The role focuses on building a sustainable network of customers and partners while representing the brand’s wellness‑focused lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Present product benefits to potential customers and support existing clients.
• Recruit, train and mentor new business partners and privileged customers.
• Organise local meetings, events and promotional activities to grow the network.
• Monitor sales performance and report to regional leadership.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with referral and bonus programmes.

Required profile

• Strong direct‑sales and customer‑relationship abilities.
• High motivation and experience in network marketing or similar MLM models.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Self‑driven, independent work style with flexible schedule.
• Interest in health, wellness and beauty products.
