About the role
The company is seeking an experienced estimator to prepare complete pre‑estimates for HVAC projects. The role ensures accurate cost calculations, supports tender participation, and collaborates closely with technical and financial teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive pre‑estimates for heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning (HVAC) projects.
- Verify and control the accuracy of all estimates.
- Apply cost‑principles and substantiate calculations.
- Regularly update material, equipment, and labor cost data.
- Develop estimates for tender submissions.
- Produce related reports, documentation, and invoices.
- Collaborate with project, technical, and financial teams.
Required profile
- Proven experience in preparing pre‑estimates.
- Practical knowledge of HVAC systems and materials.
- Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
Required skills
- MS Excel
- 1C (preferred)
