Office Manager & HR Professional – Armenia

About the role

Graham Capital Research US LLC is establishing a new office in Armenia and seeks a proactive Office Manager/HR professional to lead the setup and ongoing administration. The role will combine office operations with local recruitment, hiring, and onboarding support for a team that will grow from two to ten employees.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, lease, and coordinate the fit‑out of office space in Armenia.
• Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including policy enforcement, equipment maintenance, and visitor reception.
• Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and acting as the primary local point of contact.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth entry into the office.
• Handle incoming calls, mail, and general administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the executive administration team in other locations to maintain brand consistency and assist with cross‑location projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in office management, administration, HR, or related operations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a start‑up environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Armenian is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with global teams.

• Office equipment handling (copy machines, coffee machines, postage machines).
• Basic HR processes such as candidate coordination and employee onboarding.
