Payment Risk Associate (Gaming & Betting)

About the role

The Payment Risk Associate will monitor betting and payment activity, assess risk, and support the implementation of risk‑control measures within a fast‑growing gaming operator.

Key responsibilities

• Examine customers' betting history and payment activity, providing recommendations or taking actions as required.
• Analyze and monitor transactions to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement risk control measures and best practices.
• Investigate risk‑related incidents and prepare detailed reports with findings and suggested actions.
• Utilize data‑analytics tools to track key risk indicators and support decision‑making.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant risk‑management standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of risk assessment, fraud prevention, and compliance, preferably in gaming or financial sectors.
• Good knowledge of English; Russian is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to identify trends and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
